For House Church yesterday we celebrated Big Red's birthday with a BBQ and some cheesecake. Diana and I made the Triple Layer Chocolate Cheesecake, a recipe I got from a Taste of Home magazine I borrowed from a friend, Thursday and I finished it off Sunday. The chocolate curls didn't come out - they look more like chocolate bark or sawdust. Actually, it didn't look anything like the picture. To top it off, we used the raspberry sauce I have from a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake recipe. Yum!
