Pan Dulce Trip - March 17, 2007

Here are just a few shots of our time down in Mexico. There are more that I'd like to post from previous trips, but haven't had the time...enjoy!
We brought bubbles for the kids for when they finished their craft...

Luis and Pedro chico on a break from zooming around on their razors...

One of the girls who used to live at Casa Hogar, also Soledad's neice, brought her 2 week old by.

The girls, Araseli and Karla, decided it would be fun to do Big Red's hair...not too bad!

The girls DOING Big Red's hair...

The kids waiting for the pinata...

Eliseo broke the pinata...he was teasing one of the little girls by pretending to drop it on her as she'd constantly go up to it...tisk tisk...

Big Red helping Eliseo tie the entire pinata with rope...the ceremony must proceed!
The girls clamouring for candy...

Big Red holding his bouquet of pinata parts...

The boys attacking for candy! Notice Miko, one of our kids, piling on top while holding up his cone of candy...very sportsmanship like.

Birthday cake for the twins (las jimelas) and everyone else whose birthday was this month. 3 yrs old already!

Note: The girls laid out their candy so Rebecca could stuff her pockets!

This little guy attacked us with love on our way out. He didn't hang out with us all day until we were just about to leave. I believe he is a son of one of the workers. She said he doesn't have a dad...

We got to see this thing built during our many trips down to Mexico. It's right off the toll road. Viva Jesus!
